Last year, we had our wedding reception at Hidden Hills (Four Star Catering) and were extremely pleased. From the beginning of the planning process, Mark and Melissa were easy to work with and beyond helpful, offering suggestions and working within our budget. The facility was beautiful, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable! The team at Four Star Catering helped to make our day incredibly special and we would do it all over again...exactly the same way! Thank you Four Star!

Our wedding at Hidden Hills was absolutely amazing.  Mark and his staff accommodated all of our requests and were very gracious about it.  Every guest raved about the food and the atmosphere provided by the staff of Hidden Hills.  I would, without a doubt, recommend Mark and his team for your special event; the facilities are beautiful and the food is wonderful.

Our wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom of Hidden Hills Banquet Facility was truly a memorable one. From the checkered floor, to the lighted fireplaces, up to the wooden beams, and chandeliers... the atmosphere was warm and colorful. The staff and servers were truly remarkable catering to your every need. Our guests can't stop raving about the plentiful Steamship buffet, and how it offers something for everyone. If you are like us, we enjoyed some of everything and seconds of course! It was the freshest and tastiest meal you could ask for. We were proud to be able to spoil or friends and family with such a great meal served up with such class and decorum for a conveniently affordable price! It was night to remember! Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be married outside in a white gazebo with a reception following in a candlelit tent. When I walked into the Hidden Hills Courtyard, the exact picture I had in my mind was met; I looked at my mom and said "This is it!". The Courtyard's lush green lawns were surrounded by overflowing flower gardens in perfect bloom. The hospitality and catering were outstanding; more than we could have hoped for. Some of our guests told us that this was the most beautfiul event they had ever been to; we couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect wedding.

When planning your only daughters wedding, you want everything to be perfect, of course!!  That is why we chose Four Star Catering and their Hidden Hills Banquet Hall.  Our meetings with owner, Mark Hagemeyer were always on time, easy going, and his professionalism in the field made our planning truly stress free.  Mark was more than accommodating with any special requests that we had.  The Grand Ballroom was elegant and set up exactly as we requested.  All staff were friendly, Marks talent at presentation, and the food......exceptional, which is why we would highly recommend Four Star Catering for any special events in your future. Thank you for your part in making Erica & Abe's wedding a wonderful memory.

During our more than 30 years in Peterborough, our family has used Four Star Catering for several different types of events.  Mark Hagemeyer and his staff have catered office and hospital parties at our home.  They have always done a great job.  More recently, in 2004, our daughter's wedding reception took place in the evening at Hidden Hills.  There were over 200 people at the party.  The grounds were spectacular, the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful.

In 2009 we had Four Star cater our son's outdoor wedding at our home.  Mark arranged for the tents, linens and china, made suggestions for DJs/band, and even outdoor “facilities”.  Once again Mark and his staff did an outstanding job. The set up was done well, the food was delicious, the service was fabulous, and the clean up was efficient and excellent.  Mark had great backup plans for both outdoor events. Fortunately, the weather cooperated both times.  The Four Star staff has always been remarkably polite and helpful, but never intrusive.  Mark is very professional, extremely easy to work with, and very flexible.  He always has great suggestions, but he will bend over backwards to make it "your" event and is willing to try new ideas, even family recipes.  If we have any big party in the future that requires a caterer, Mark and Four Star will be our first call.
